Refund policy

At BLU Bike Company, quality is our top priority. We understand that purchasing an e-bike is a significant decision, and we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Below is our detailed return and cancellation policy.

Cancellations

· Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

· After 24 Hours: If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

· After Shipment: Once the bike has been shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the full invoiced shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns and Refunds

Returns of New and Unused Items within 30 Days

If you wish to return a new and unused e-bike, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

· Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

· Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee of the purchase price will be applied.

· Condition: The e-bike must be in brand new condition, showing no signs of being ridden, wear and tear, or damage.

· Modifications: The e-bike must not have been modified in any way.

· Packaging: The e-bike must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of purchase to request a return authorization number.

2. Prepare for Return: Pack the e-bike in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

3. Label the Package: Clearly label the package with the return authorization number.

4. Shipping: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and verify the returned e-bike meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the returned item has been damaged due to inappropriate packaging or handling, we will assess the damage and deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Important Note

· Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the e-bike.
