1. Q: Which payment methods does BLU accept?

A: FOREVER BLU accepts credit and debit cards from American Express, Master card, Visa, Discover Card, and Diners Club Card. FOREVER BLU also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

2. Q: How long would it take for me to receive my bike ?

A: The processing time of an order is 3 working days, while the shipping takes

about 7-14 working days.

1. Q: Do I need to wear a helmet when riding the BLU electric bikes?

A: The use of a helmet is recommended for safety.

2. Q: Are you offering test rides ?

A: Yes! We are currently holding test rides at our showroom in San Diego.

3. Q: What is the difference between a Class 2 and Class 3 electric bike?

A: Please see the example below for califonia classification:

Class 2: Bicycle equipped with a throttle-actuated motor that ceases to assist when

the electric bike reaches 20 mph.

Class 3: The bicycle is equipped with a motor that provides assistance only when

the rider is pedaling, which ceases to assistwhen the electric bike reaches 28 mph.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?
